Prepare for your appointment: • New clients should plan to arrive a couple mins early or on time to account for client consultation. • 3-4 weeks hair growth required for service. • Clean + moisturize the face. Sunscreen is encouraged. • No heavy, oil-based skin care products, lotions, makeup, etc. • Exfoliate skin at least 48hrs before appointment date (hybrid dye services). Do not exfoliate day of. - I don’t specialize in PMU / eyebrow tattoos. If you have existing ink, please consult with me first before attempting to book. May refuse service. - All deposits are non-refundable. - Accepted/Preferred Payments: Apple Pay, Zelle & Cash. Credit Cards have a 3.5% processing fee. - Under 18yrs of age must be accompanied by parent and/or guardian. - Do not book appointments under any time constraints and/or obligations. - No phones allowed while servicing is in progress! - All appointment changes must be made by 24hrs before appointment time. - Same day bookings are available [No additional fee within work hours]. +$20 for squeeze in(s). Cancellation Policy

- No late fee. Appointment is “missed”and cancelled after 10min grace period. - No Call/Show result in a 100% service fee to the credit card on file. Uncollected fees will be blocked from future booking. - 24hr cancellation window. No exceptions. - Same day cancellations do not guarantee immediate rescheduling and result in full remaining balance due.
