Cancellation Policy
- $10 late fee after 10min grace period. Scheduled appointment is cancelled after 15mins.
- No Shows result in a 100% service fee to the credit card on file and blocked from online booking.
- There is a 24hr cancellation window before fees apply. No exceptions.
- Cancellations of any kind do not guarantee rescheduling (may be subject to 100% service fee).
